LAMBTON ESTATE FIXTURE 28/10/2023 POSTPONED Next week's fixture for XC at Lambton is cancelled for 28th October.Due to storm damage to the land and parking area this fixture CANNOT go ahead as planned. The landowners are keen to have us there, and the harrier league team are working on possible dates in March 2024. We will keep you informed of updates and any confirmed date.

Ethan Bond took the gold in the men’s u17 3,000m Northern Athletics T&F Championships in Liverpool on 14th August.  He took the lead in the last few metres with a sprint finish, which isn’t too shabby given the 31 degree heat - they even had a drinks station set up on the track for the race! 

Frances ran a very hot 5k this morning in the beautiful Mourne Mountains. Only went and won the ladies race too! Have to say the prizes were very generous. Medal, water bottle, headband, beanie hat, socks, £50 voucher for Fit Pink (the Irish version of Sweaty Betty) and a £75 voucher for Pure Running (a shop in Belfast), plus the usual free entry for next year's event!
